Our experience for breakfast was wonderful, we had a sweet young lady by the name of Aaron. She took our order with a wonderful pleasant smile and good friendly customer service. The food was delicious, the prices are fairly reasonable especially with the cost of living in Cali!! The lattes are DELICIOUS!!

A great spot for breakfast and brunch in Carlsbad! Reasonably priced menu with breakfast dishes, burgers and sandwiches. Ordered the burger and the egg and sausage plate. Great food and generous portions!

Haven't been here in years, but on a beautiful autumn day after a walk on Tamarack beach, we stopped by for breakfast. There are full breakfast and lunch selections but we were just interested in a pastry and coffee. Everything we chose was flaky and delicious; the coffee was rich and hot. OK, this popular spot is back on my favorites list!

You have to stop by this spot when driving through Carlsbad. Best detour! They bake all their pastries fresh. The sweet aroma of the fresh baked bread makes that coastal view so much richer. Breakfasts have a hefty amount of veggies and the hash browns are crisp to perfection. Coffee is piping hot and a delicious brew. The location is kept extremely clean. Great spot to hear the ocean waves or post beach run. Staff is always nice and helpful in picking a dish.

Looking for a great breakfast sandwich or a unique latte? This place is hopping. It has some of the best breakfast in town. I had the ham egg croissant and the honey cinnamon latte. I wish my stomach was bigger because it was so good. You order from the counter and they have several tables outside.

Good service with delicious, well-portioned food. The spicy breakfast sandwich was awesome! Plenty of different options to satisfy everyone in your party. Plenty of outdoor seating and shade for warmer days. Family-friendly, though the bathroom situation could be improved -- there's only a single stall bathroom for all guests to share.

A local Cafe that brings you a great selection for breakfast and lunch, especially as a vegetarian. I was here to order a chocolate croissant, early bird breakfast sandwich, and a coffee, but they have cold and hot veggie sandwiches that I totally want to try. They also have pancakes, waffles, crepes, and smoothies. Their croissants are taken fresh, a young lady was seen buttering them up and popping them in the oven. There's plenty of tables to eat outside and only one bathroom. The service was friendly and kind. The chocolate croissant was great! Still warm chocolate inside. The breakfast sandwich was absolutely perfectly made. The egg was SO fluffy and the sourdough was perfectly toasted. We will be back!

Came here on recommendation of our family member who has been coming here for years! Pumpkin spiced chai (sweet) Strawberry smoothie Almond croissant Chocolate croissants (looks more bread-like and less like a croissant, but has that nice buttery taste) Coconut custard stuffed French toast- so good I took a bite before taking a pic! Various breakfast platters Everything we had was delicious and the service was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. The outdoor patio is much bigger than other pictures led me to believe so I was glad to have easily found tables for our large party. They are quick to clean the tables so I never saw anyone waiting even though it was a beautiful sunny weekend morning. They have a private parking lot, but it's small. However, plenty of street parking around and there's a public parking lot about one small block away.

Nice breakfast and lunch place located not far from the main Carlsbad arch and street sign. The lady working behind the counter was very nice and friendly. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, then she asked me if I wanted it on a baguette, white, sourdough, wrap, etc... I asked for a toasted baguette....she said, sure. A bit later when my sandwich was brought up to the table, the bread was not a baguette but a sub type bread. I did not say anything, but it was not a French baguette...that was the only disappointment. The filling itself was very tasty. Overall a nice place for a light meal.
